When we first came to Panama, one of the first things we noticed was how many dogs and cats needed help. In every area of Panama they can be seen scrounging for scraps of food, begging for any bite to eat. It just breaks your heart to see them suffer. It’s hard here for the animals, having to fend for themselves, and keep healthy enough to fight off ticks and fleas. The answer is really so simple. - they just need someone to love them. They need to cared for by being fed, with health care, with a place to feel safe and most especially a place where they know they are loved..

Mari sent some recent photos of the dogs and cats in the shelter - I am going to work on creating a page called FOSTER PARENTS - and I am hoping to list ALL the dogs and cats currently at the shelter so you can choose to ADOPT/FOSTER PARENT one of them and make sure they are feed and kept healthy until they find a home. - please check these new photos - all of them are great looking pups and kittens - CAN YOU HELP??? -- click here

 

This past week we've had some new people join us in donating funds and some returning friends - thanks Ida and John - the pupplies and kittens appreciate the help.
